Katrin Tolkovsky (b. 1991, Jerusalem) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Tel Aviv. She holds a B.F.A. from the Screen Arts Department and an M.F.A. from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.

Tolkovsky primarily works with the traditional sgraffito technique—layers of plaster and pigment that are revealed through engraving—creating images that move between personal memory and collective history, exposure and concealment, construction and decay. Her work draws inspiration from mystical and symbolic realms, exploring the ways in which time leaves its traces on both material and consciousness.

In 2025, she presented the solo exhibition Sand & Grace at Braverman Gallery, Tel Aviv. The exhibition featured a new body of sgraffito works that examined questions of memory, transformation, fragility, and the possibility of grace within a reality marked by uncertainty. Through acts of carving, revealing, and obscuring, the works engaged with the intersection of personal experience and broader social and historical contexts.

Tolkovsky has held solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions in Tel Aviv, Stockholm, and Munich. Her work has also been presented as part of the Fresh Paint Art Fair program. Her works are included in both private and public collections.

Tolkovsky is represented by Braverman Gallery, Tel Aviv.
